There are no rental fees charged for borrowing materials. However, a deposit is required in one of two forms: school purchase order deposit of $100.00 or a credit card deposit. The deposit will be debited the replacement cost of the materials only in the case of non-return of materials.

Circulating materials may be borrowed for two weeks at a time. There will be a $1.00 fine for all over-due material. Educators are advised that if they plan to use materials in the classroom, they should request materials 2-3 weeks in advance of the desired date of usage. If you choose to mail material back to the World History Resource Center, any lost or damaged materials are the responsibility of the borrower, and replacement costs will be charged.
